APARTMENTS

We have a building with 18 apartments available 365 days a year, located just 100 meters from Gandía Beach, only 100 meters from the sand, next to the Nautical Club and a short walk from the University.

Our apartments feature balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea. We offer an outdoor swimming pool.

Apartments with 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people, complete bathroom, air conditioning, and a private terrace with side sea views. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a washing machine.

• For your convenience, if you are traveling to Gandia by car, we offer you the option of a parking space. Paid service subject to availability.

NOTICE: A €200 security deposit will be required upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, once the accommodation has been checked for proper condition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DECREE 10/2021: Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be charged for guests aged 18 to 25 (inclusive), as well as for celebrations and/or bachelor parties.
