We have a building with 18 apartments available 365 days a year, located just 100 meters from Gandía Beach, only 100 meters from the sand, next to the Nautical Club and a short walk from the University.
Our apartments feature balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea. They offer an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi connection.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DECREE 10/2021: Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be charged for guests aged 18 to 25 (inclusive), as well as for celebrations and/or bachelor parties.
